The role

Your tasks

  • Processing land and sea freight shipments
  • Preparing and checking freight documents and customs papers
  • Invoice verification and billing of transport orders
  • Communication with clients, shipping lines, customs and drivers
  • Deadline monitoring and shipment tracking

Your profile

  • Commercial training, e.g. freight forwarding and logistics services clerk – or comparable experience
  • Careful, structured way of working with an eye for detail
  • Confident with MS Office; experience with forwarding software an advantage
  • Fluent German, English skills an advantage
